COMMERCIAL USE

This Font License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Hatthanan Thobna, the designer ("Licensor"), and the end user ("Licensee"). This Agreement governs the use of any font designed by Hatthanan Thobna.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any font designed by Hatthanan Thobna for commercial purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

PERMITTED USES

Licensee may use the Font for the following purposes:

• Commercial design projects

• Branding and identity design

• Print and digital advertisements

• Social media graphics

• Product packaging

• Any other commercial design purposes

RESTRICTIONS

Licensee may not:

• Sell, sublicense, or distribute the Font on its own or as part of a bundle.

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Font.

• Use the Font in a way that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

OWNERSHIP

Hatthanan Thobna retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Font, including any modifications or enhancements made by Licensee.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Font is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Hatthanan Thobna does not warrant the performance or results Licensee may obtain by using the Font.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Hatthanan Thobna be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Font.

TERMINATION

This License is effective until terminated. Hatthanan Thobna has the right to terminate this License immediately if Licensee breaches any of its terms.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

ACCEPTANCE

By using any font designed by Hatthanan Thobna, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
